We are recruiting Undercovers! Our "Undercovers" are essentially paid partygoers. They're the 'Talents' in The Ten Talents: a trained team of men and women —educated in our philosophy of dance and the mechanics of basic movement— who blend into every event as regular guests to provide exceptional hospitality and normalize the dance for guests.
No previous dance experience required, or preferred.

Will I get paid?
Yes! If you are recruited, you will be compensated for your time: hourly for training ($20/hr) and hourly for events ($50-100/hr).
Is there training?
Yes! If we are interested in recruiting you as an Undercover, there will be training sessions prior to your first working event. You will be compensated for your time at these sessions. During the brief training period, you will be taught our philosophy on dance and hospitality, as well as instructed in the dances that will be called at the event and given opportunity to practice them with others.
What happens at a drop-in session?
Drop-in sessions are held in a dance studio setting, and are intended to be a space where we can meet, get to know you and a bit of your story, and see how you move and interact with people to find out if you're a good fit for the company. You'll get a chance to learn a few basic dances in a matter of minutes, and dance them with others. It is a casual environment - no prior dance experience necessary. What matters most is your mindset.
Attending a drop-in session does not guarantee recruitment, although scouting recruits is a drop-in session's express purpose.
